Exquisite, slightly formal restaurant at Civitella del Lago, renowned in the region. Don't go there if you are in a hurry or you want to have a really cheap meal. Trippini’s family, with its three generations of chefs (1963 Giuseppe; 1973 Adolfo, 2006 Paolo), has created regional dishes which, in their simplicity, are able to leave an unforgettable memory with whoever tastes them.
Il Falcone has a special arrangement with Trippini, which depends on the time of the season, for a weekly menu that needs to be ordered the day before and is delivered at the campsite at 19.00, which you can enjoy next to your tent or camper. Inquire at the reception.
